How KiwiTri collects, uses and protects personal information, including data from connected Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
Who we are

Information we collect
Enquiry and booking details you send us (name, business, phone, email, message); account details for portal users (name, email, a securely hashed password); files, posts and feedback shared in the portal; and basic technical logs needed to keep the site secure.
Connected social media accounts
When a client or our team connects a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, YouTube channel or LinkedIn Page, we receive the page or channel name, ID, profile picture and an access token from that platform. We use this only to publish content the client has approved, at the time scheduled, and to show publishing status. We do not read private messages, do not post anything that has not been approved, and do not sell or share this data. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our server.
Permissions we request
Facebook and Instagram: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish and business_management — to list the pages you manage and publish posts, reels and stories to the ones you choose. YouTube: youtube.upload and youtube.readonly — to identify your channel and upload approved videos. LinkedIn: organization posting permissions — to publish approved posts to company pages you administer.
Google user data
KiwiTri's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is used only to upload the videos you approve. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); you can review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How long we keep data
Client project data is kept while you are a client and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Disconnecting a social account deletes its tokens from our system immediately. Uploaded media can be deleted with the post at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time by emailing kiwitridigital@gmail.com. You can disconnect social accounts in the portal (Connected pages) or remove the app from your Facebook, Google or LinkedIn settings.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, access tokens and app secrets are encrypted, and files are stored outside the public web folder. Only our team and the relevant client can see a client's portal data.
